Provisions effective as of 1 January 2020:

The Operational Rules of the Trading Platform was approved by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Authority by its Resolution No 2974/2019 (in Hungarian) with the effective date of 1 January 2020.

Future Trading Platform members will be obliged to conclude the Membership Agreement being the Attachment No. 1. to the Operational Rules of the Trading Platform thus having accepted the General Terms and Conditions being the Attachment No. 2. thereto.

With effect from 1 January, 2020, FGSZ Ltd. will provide the balancing settlement service for all network users (whether or not having a TP membership) based on the Annex 4.8 (Contract on Balancing Natural Gas Settlement) of the Business Code effective from 1 January 2020, obliged to establish a mandatory clearing membership with the Central Contracting Party.
